Summary/Abstract: The field of organizational behavior, as a branch of management, is quite recent in the academic landscape, but given the theoretical and methodological openings it creates, it reflects a major interest that reports on the possibility of effectively and efficiently manage the individuals and groups within organizations. „Organizational behavior” defines a modern concept, characteristic of approaching the social aspect from the organizational perspective, of human developments in achieving its purpose, i.e. the satisfaction of its needs, as in fact, Abraham Maslow also showed. The research objective of this article is to reveal the connection between organizational behavior and human nature and its influence on people and their actions (employees, managers or consumers). The results of the research show that the extent to which „people's problems” are known and the degree of resolving such problems is the key to the success or failure of organizations, as a first step toward efficient management that it is to be adapted to people's ever-changing and complex needs, especially in challenging pandemic present days.
