Summary/Abstract: This publication is the result of many years of research into the main areas and issues in music theory, musicology and cultural studies created in German language. In the “German-Bulgarian Musical Dictionary” are exposed the most commonly used musical terms, musicological practices and texts are summarized, too. The book also covers the dynamic and up-to-date communication of theorists, but also of performers, conductors and so on from the end of the 20th and the beginning of the 21st century. The dictionary can be used not only by musicians, but also by people who read, interpret and translate music-philosophical, aesthetic, etc. texts.
