Summary/Abstract: According to the transport Code wreck is flotsam or jetsam found in the sea. Only the owner of the wreck is responsible for the costs and risks for his recovery, lifting or destruction, as it represent a danger to navigation, fishing or the environment. Starting administration procedures should not be addressed to the shipowner.
