Summary/Abstract: The solutions contained in the bill serve to implement the assumptions of the Polish Deal Programme, ensuring adjustment of the local self-government finance system to the challenges faced by local governments as a result of implementing the solutions of the Programme. The author points out the legislative shortcomings that can be removed at further stages of legislative proceedings.
