Summary/Abstract: The article is focusing on technical production and its objectives in performing arts, by analyzing its phases and activities. The management of stage production is described, according to its special needs and according to the specific duties of the technical production management. By evaluating all these aspects, the author of the article will conclude that technical production is a key element of performing arts.
