Summary/Abstract: In this text, we deal with the personological, and to some extent the historical-political aspects of demonology, which Dostoevsky operates as an applied anthropology of a very special, not quite small-numbered type of people. These ”underground” people – whose undergroundness is primarily a psychological, not a socio-pathological feature – are characterized by the ”multipersonality”, i.e. inability to reflexively organize themselves into a single person. The paper follows the internal genesis of individual demonicity, and the interpersonal dynamics of interaction of demonic persons, who, in Dostoevsky’s imaginary syndemony, show special, individual-demonicpersonal characteristics. The community of demonic persons is not only a prototype of a revolutionary collective but also a prophetic projection of the post-revolutionary society.
