Factors influencing the working environment conditions in enterprises implementing Industry 4.0 technologies

Summary/Abstract: Transformation to Industry 4.0, which is expected to result not only in an increase in productivity, but also in an improvement of the material andpsychosocial work environment conditions, requires appropriate change management, which is related to the introduction of new technologies.Recognition of the factors influencing the conditions of the work environment during the transformation makes it possible to include in the changemanagement process good practices aimed at strengthening the positive and limiting the negative impact of these factors. This article presentsfactors with potential impact on working environment conditions in companies implementing Industry 4.0 technologies and good practices thatcan be used in the change management process to achieve better working environment conditions.
