Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this communication is to wear a longitudinal look at the effects exerted by the phenomenon of the instrumentation quality management to the effort's convention, which structure, since 2004, the Electro-Industries firm of Fréha and consequently management practices prevailing there, especially those relating to the management and animation of human resources. This management and this animation are prerequisites to any process of appropriation and institutionalization of the statement of the effort's convention; the function of human resources is the real hardware device that needs to be thought of in these times of perpetual change, from multiple perspectives: sociopolitical, socio-cognitive and symbolic.
