Summary/Abstract: This article aims to reveal the impact of restrictive measures on the COVID 19 Pandemic on the real estate market. The factors that create opportunities for and threats to real estate sales are outlined. The sales of real estate and the offer prices of real estates in 12 regional cities from the six regions of the Republic of Bulgaria were studied, namely - Vratsa and Pleven from the North-West region, Ruse and Veliko Tarnovo from the North-Central region, Varna and Shumen from the Northeast region, Burgas and Stara Zagora from the Northeast region, Sofia (capital) and Blagoevgrad from the Southwest region, Pazardzhik and Plovdiv in the South Central region. Comparative analysis is attached. The coefficient of elasticity of the demand for real estate from the change of the prices of the residential properties in the separate settlements is determined. The time period of the study is 2020-2021. The strengths and weaknesses in the real estate trade in the Republic of Bulgaria are outlined.
