Summary/Abstract: The scientific article is devoted to the discovery and analysis of the historical preconditions for the occurrence and formation of the Czech School of Sociology of Law. Kubesh and others, works of which have historical and legal significance for the development of the sociology of law as a science and the establishment of its independent status.
