Summary/Abstract: This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational climate on employees’ satisfaction at work in organizations in the Republic of Kosovo. Two hundred employees in different production and service companies constitute our research sample. SPSS statistical program is used for processing and extraction of statistical results. The statistical methods are correlation analysis, regression analysis, unpaired samples test, and descriptive statistics. The results of this study are important not only because they confirm the positive and significant influence of organizational climate on the working conditions and job satisfaction of employees but also because they show that there is no significant difference in the perception of Kosovar workers or employees of the manufacturing sector and the service sector regarding the organizational climate. The results of this study also confirm the hypothesis that different organizational climate variables have different importance in Kosovar organizations.
