Summary/Abstract: The scientific article is devoted to the issue of the administrative and legal status of combating corruption in Ukraine. The article presents the problems of the corruption component in the functioning of state authorities and officials in Ukraine, as well as offers effective ways to solve the relevant problems. The article also provides legislative prerequisites for solving corruption problems in Ukraine, and also examines the effective experience of anti-corruption policy in foreign countries, which is proposed to be implemented.
