VI – 1939 The commercial code in force does not deal with this form of commission contract, although in practical life it is encountered very often. Well, we could say that the majority of goods are transported through freight forwarders, especially when it comes to international transport, because the forwarding companies in all countries are in mutual contact, they know the transport conditions, the applicable tariffs, the most suitable itineraries and existing means of transport.
