CASE-LAW OF THE HIGH COURT OF CASSATION AND JUSTICE

Summary/Abstract: Regarding the activity of the High Court of Cassation and Justice (Judge Panel on the appeal in the interest of the law), three decisions of acceptance were issued regarding: Law no. 85/2014 on insolvency prevention and insolvency proceedings; GEO no. 99/2006 on credit institutions and capital adequacy, Code of Civil Procedure of 1865, Code of Civil Procedure, Civil Code, Decree-Law no. 167/1958 on extinctive prescription; GEO no. 83/2014 on the salaries of personnel paid from public funds in 2015, as well as other measures in the field of public expenditure and GEO nr. 57/2015 on the salaries of personnel paid from public funds in 2016, extension of certain deadlines, as well as some fiscal-budgetary measures.
