Summary/Abstract: A recent experiment was carried out as part of a student fieldwork. The territorial food project (PAT) initiated by PNR Queyras relies on a variety of actors, heads of both institutional and associative networks. In addition, the students went to meet the inhabitants of the Guillestrois-Queyras territory, to learn about their food supply practices and their visions of local agriculture (ACTERRA, BletterieetLardon, 2019). The challenge was twofold: to document the eating habits of the inhabitants and to test a methodology that could then be generalized throughout the territory of the PAT. The new perspective on this territory, which combines an urban space around the small town of Guillestre and a rural space in the mountain of Queyras, has highlighted the unifying dimension of food and the way in which a socio-spatial organization peut faire « commun » (Icéri et Lardon, 2019)
