Summary/Abstract: The Academician Prof.Dr. Miladyn Apostolov led me into the art of the successful amalgamation between the health structures and the correct imagination of the human factor long ago, nevertheless that process still goes on. It has been a phenomenon in 1991, Smolyan, Bulgaria, when a National Symposium for retrospective and perspective outlooks of the private doctors” practice took place. One of the most popular and characteristic points of the last decade – i.e., the fusion and co-gathering of health structures take a great trend for positive development. The process of fusion, amalgamation is an incredible one, a catalyst, being. There comes the reason, along which we have the chance to change the matters, then to define them in the right way. The people themselves, the healthy specialists are the most valuable parts of these new healthy amalgamations. The successful phase of making court to, gives the possibility to minimize some standard mistakes, before the certain process of amalgamation and cooperation. The constructive dialogue comes to be a meeting point between making a positive background of the phases of official estimation and negotiation. Numbers are the most important. The strategy, the theoretical aspects must be reflected onto the numbers – the money itself, as well as the renumeration of money income.
