Summary/Abstract: Within last years on European doctrine have appeared numerous opinions related to the relashionship between public and private law, while the European integration process seems to have stimulated some strengthening of private law and public law diminishing the role of placing the frequently wonder whether we are witnessing a real crisis of public law.
