Summary/Abstract: This study explored the impact of online talent management systems on personnel recruiting, attraction, retention, and overall company performance. It involved 135 graduates working in international companies and 46 top managers and chief executive officers (CEOs). Surveys and interviews on the matters related to the use of online talent management systems were conducted. It encompasses five stages and is projected to take from 2 to 4.5 years to be put into practice. In sum, the conducted research demonstrated that online talent management systems are promising in the context of the current labor market situation.
