Summary/Abstract: The objective of this study is to develop a training model based on online challenges that will improve digital citizenship knowledge, creative problem solving, and digital media creation among high school students. The procedure consists of the following three steps: 1) Engage 2) Investigate, and 3) Act. In addition, the model includes eight components: Trainer, Trainees, Contents, Online Training Tools, Learning Outcomes, Teaching Methods, Evaluation, and Community. The implementation of using the model to increase trainees' capacity in these dimensions was successful, and the trainees' level of satisfaction were "very satisfied."
