Summary/Abstract: The value guidelines of the society’s secure existence under conditions of increasing global instability are determined. The stabilizing role of social solidarity in the functioning of modern social systems is revealed. The axiological essence and significance of social justice for reducing the level of conflict in the existence of social formations is analyzed. The humanistic impact of democratic values on the progressive development of social systems is substantiated.
