Summary/Abstract: The newspaper „Goniec Wielkopolski” has presented the information about the series of Marian apparitions in Gietrzwałd in the time 1877 and afterward to 1885. Too others polish newspaper as Pielgrzym”, „Kurier Poznański’, „Orędownik” or „Katolik” have publicized about this situation in Gietrzwałd. But „Goniec Wielkopolski” has written quite of lot publications on the subject this apparitions, specially about the children they have seen theBlessed Virgin Mary. In this newspaper were presented truth information about the situation in this place, about the pilgrims they here are come to pray, to see the religious events. Very much has published „Goniec Wielkopolski” the information about the Church commission in the share to know the reality of the apparitions of the Blessed Virgin Mary, the reaction of the pilgrims, the politic situation and the new religious dimension of live the people. This newspaper has written that on the 27 of June 1877, there began a series of apparitions of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Gietrzwałd in Warmia, Poland with their call to turn back to God, to prayer and reparation, to adoration of God and to prove to the world the very immutable and infallible truths that the Catholic Church proclaims in its divine mission in the salvation of souls and for the glory of God.
