Summary/Abstract: The anthology of contemporary Sami drama entitled Szerencsefia (A Lucky Man) was published in the niche-filling series Drámatájak (Dramapanoramas) of the Napkút Publishing House in 2017. Mária Barabási-Geréb offers a joyful exploration of the four extremely different dramatic texts (Rauni Magga Lukkari's A Lucky Man, Sara Margrethe Oskal's The Whole Caboodle, Kirste Paltto's Bosom Friends and Junichiro Okura's The Yoik of Life), filtering them through her own nordic experiences and finding interesting points of convergence among them.
