EMPLOYERS EXPECTATIONS TOWARDS SECONDARY SCHOOL FORMER PUPILS IN JELENIA GÓRA AND LEGNICA REGION. RESEARCH FINDINGS

Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to present research findings on employers expectations towards secondary school former pupils. 1520 employers from Jelenia Góra and Legnica region were involved in the research. The main conclusions are as follows: employers are not willing to cooperate with schools, only few of them hire former pupils, it is necessary to have practical skills, be ambitious and motivated in order to find a job.
