Summary/Abstract: In the modern world of new information technologies and access to all the scientific information, the communication relationship between the dentist and the patient seems to be critical for the succession of the future treatment strategies and processes. In the modern world, the management of a dental practices is subject to market-oriented standards, where the marketing strategies are already a way of thinking, but still consumer-oriented, and only then we do perceive them as an integrated philosophy for business profits. The communication skills in the dental practice is the key to its development. These skills are built on the relationship between the dentist and the patient, as well as within the team itself. The business communication in the team mean a total exchange of formal and informal, verbal and nonverbal information, feelings and sensations in the process of organizational activity, which ensures the implementation of basic management functions and, at the same time, the full expression of the individual members of the community.
