Summary/Abstract: The presented research seeks the impact of communication on staff motivation by placing the communication and motivation process in the focus of the management of educational institutions. It seeks to explore more fully the issues related to the management of organizations, while aiming to identify possible patterns of behavior through which organizations can have the opportunity and higher potential for their self-improvement. In this way, a much more realistic assessment of management processes can be made and effective criteria for evaluating the successful management of educational institutions can be derived.
