Summary/Abstract: Two different stories and destinies for Ivo Andric (1892-1975) and Joseph Roth (1894-1939), but with something in common: before the aversion and after the hatred for the fascism. Ivo Andric and Joseoh Roth have been in Italy in two differents moments of the twenties. Andric, diplomatic in Rome and Trieste, published some articles on the italian fascism who haven't still became a dictature in two jugoslavian reviews into 1923 and 1926, in wich appears too two famous victims of the fascist violence, Giacomo Matteotti and Giovanni Amendola; Roth, in Italy in 1928 as correspondent for a german newspaper, offers instead a portrait of an italian fascism becamed dictature from a few time. It appears important to discover today the writings of the two authors on the italian fascism of the twenties, for longtime unknowns, to avoid the reappearance of this plague of the twentieth century.
