Summary/Abstract: The aim of this study is to comprehensively define the notions of family, nation and state and their interrelations from the perspective of security sciences. Mutual dependencies between the family, nation and state determine a general state of national security. The primary research method used in this study is analysis performed in the form of literature study on family, nation, state and security. The other methods used are synthesis, induction and a comparative method.
