Summary/Abstract: The article analyzes the Roman concept of the right to property and its individual and eternal character and the construction of the concept of the right to property in the French Civil Code adopted in 1804. A brief overview of feudal property in a conceptual plan is made in order to highlight the new moments and the revolutionary in the regulation of property rights in the Code of Napoleon.
