Summary/Abstract: After the Second World War, the states of the world created a global organizational framework to manage peace and outlaw war. Before that war was war and peace was peace. Now the media and people's everyday communication use the term war to describe situations that have nothing in common with the supposed violence of war. So now the state of peace is actually a warlike state.
