Summary/Abstract: This study has been done in order to adapt Responses of Job Dissatisfaction Scale into the Turkish version. For this purpose, data were collected by worker who work at public and private sector in Turkey from 302 persons. Both exploratory (principal) and confirmatory factor analyses were done to test the factor structure of the scale. It was found that the Turkish version of the scale had a four-factor structure in a manner similar to the original scale. In addition, there were significant corelations between the Turkish version of the scale and Organizational Conflict Inventory-II in acceptable level. Cronbach Alpha’s coefficients of internal consistencies range from .67 and .59, split half reliabilities of the items range from .48 and .45 and also test-retest relabilities of the scale range from .69 and .47. In line with these findings the Turkish version of Responses to Job Dissatisfaction Scale have sufficently psychometric properties to be used in researches in our country.
