Summary/Abstract: The article characterizes the conditions influencing the spatial aspects of annual holidays in Polish Rodzimowierstwo, which is one of the branches of contemporary paganism, referring to the pre-Christian beliefs of the Slavs. Based on the analysis of data obtained during field research conducted in 2018–2021, the author argues that the return to traditional forms of rituals, which is the essence of Rodzimowierstwo, encounters numerous difficulties and complications arising from the socio-cultural conditions of late modernity. As a result of the influence of various social, political and economic factors, the Rodzimowierstwo believers are forced touse compromise solutions in their religious practices and thus the secular reality significantly shapes the way they celebrate annual festivals and their relationship with the sacred sphere.
