Summary/Abstract: The results included in the current publication are part of large-scale research intended to identify the relationship between job satisfaction, pay satisfaction and pay justice perceptions. This publication is focused on two key issues related to perceived pay justice: (1) summarized data on the factors stated by the participants (employees in Bulgarian private companies) as critical for pay justice perceptions and (2) pay justice criteria applicable to pay differentials among peers.
