Summary/Abstract: Hudzik proposes a philosophical theory of the media through a discussion of globalplague literature. He begins by asking why the characters of The Decameron tell eachother banal stories, then he treats narrative as a medium and distinguishes metaphysicsfrom ontology of narrative, based on (modern) subjects using practical wisdom.
