Summary/Abstract: The paper presents topics connected with schizophrenia and its acute criminal manifestation. From the author's point of view schizophrenic phenomena should be comprehended and analyzed in their genesis, course and maladaptive influence over the patient. Because of this psychological reasons. Psychological analyses of premorbid personal characteristics are found important for rising the opportunities for prevention and early diagnostics of the psychosis and its following antisocial activities.
