Summary/Abstract: This article considers the recently developing green disability studies. It analyzes selectedworks by artists with disabilities – Sunaury Taylor, Clair Cunningham, and Rafał Urbacki –who to varying degrees combine ecological reflection with personal perspective focusedon individual experience of disability. Selected cultural texts address issues crucial forthe field, such as (co)dependence and conventionality of the binary oppositions nature–technology, human–animal, and ability–disability. The article shows that green disabilitystudies are not only a source of new tools for thinking about the place of human beingsin the world but also a form of activism that aims to build an inclusive, biodiverse worldin the spirit of greater environmental justice.
