Summary/Abstract: The relationship between the treaty and custom or between soft law and custom is the subject of a broad theoretical analysis. The connection between the treaty and soft law is less sought, but it is of no less theoretical and practical value and is of great importance for the functioning of international organizations. This article aims to point out the growing idea that soft law has a place in international treaty law.
