Summary/Abstract: The article deals with an extremely important and difficult to solve problem related to the identification of the factors that influence the level of employment of people with disabilities on the labor market in Bulgaria. To solve this task, the regression analysis method was chosen and a regression model including a complex of factors affecting the unemployment level of the specified target group was developed on the basis of official statistical information. The regression model has been solved and the factors having the strongest impact on the employment of people with disabilities have been determined. On this basis, justified recommendations and proposals for the introduction of policies and measures to increase the employment rate of this target group have been made.
