Summary/Abstract: The essential rules of road traffic safety have not changed radically for years but traffic participants fail to understand especially the limits of responsibilities in close correlation with entitlements. This is the main reason why the author, illustrating his arguments with an accident in which a car collided with a bicycle, reminds drivers that leaving a property they enter the traffic, so they have to yield the right of way to another vehicle or a road traffic participant provided, however, that this right of way is legally supported by an entitlement.
