Balıkesir Member of Parliament Ahmet Süreyya Örgeevren’s Activities During Years 1935-1939

Summary/Abstract: 5th term TBMM was active in between 1935-1939. During Mustafa Kemal Ataturk’s last presidency, which is his fifth term, organizing the government and institutionalizing were emphasized. There were many new movements two carry the country to ward modern civilizations. During this time parliaments in TBMM had shown the most effort for the rapid development of the country. 5th term Balikesir member of parliament had huge contributions as well. Ahmet Süreyya Örgeevren had a very important role in the improvement of the new Turkish government. We will show Ahmet Süreyya Örgeevren’s speeches, activities and contributions to parliament during 1935- 1939.
