Summary/Abstract: The aim of this study is to try to determine the role of career decidedness in the effect of hope on career stress. In this direction, the sample of the study consists of associate degree students. The data of the research were collected through an online questionnaire. A total of 229 students participated in the study and the resulting data was analyzed through IBM SPSS and Lisrel software programs. To test the construct validity of the scales, confirmatory factor analysis was performed and the scales were validated without removing any statements. The analysis shows that hope negatively affects career stress and positively affects career decidedness. In addition, it has been determined that career decidedness negatively affects career stress. It has been determined that career decidedness plays a partial mediator between hope and career stresses. As students' hopes increase, career stresses decrease. When students both have higher hopes and are decided in their careers at the same time, career stresses are reduced more.
