Expert report on the Constitutional Tribunal Bill presented by the President of the Republic of Poland (Sejm Paper No. 1590) (BAS‑2229/13A(3))

Summary/Abstract: In the author opinion, the bill is in conformity with the Constitution of the Republic of Poland. He claims that the adoption of the bill will lead to improvement of the work of the Constitutional Tribunal and help resolve many practical problems that currently emerge, and correct inconsistencies that could be found in the existing Constitutional Tribunal Act. Moreover, the author points out some defects of the bill in the field of legislative techniques.
