Summary/Abstract: In recent years, Turkish TV series have been increasing their audience and popularity in the international arena, especially in the Middle East and the Balkans. Turkish origin TV series, which have a wide audience in Arab countries, attract great attention especially in the Kingdom of Morocco. In this study, the viewing status and reasons of Turkish TV series by Moroccan people are analyzed. In the study, within the scope of literature review, the relations between Turkey and the Kingdom of Morocco have been discussed historically. In addition, the historical development and current situation of the TV series industry in Turkey has been examined. Since quantitative data will be the basis for the research phase of the study, a survey data collection tool was used. Here, firstly, 500 participants were determined by simple random sampling method, and the questionnaires were delivered to the participants by online methods. The data obtained from the participants were analyzed using the SPSS 16.0 (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) statistical analysis program. One of the main findings of the study is that Turkish TV series are very popular among the participants. Here, the participants see the production quality of TV series as the main reason for preference. In addition, participants who watch Turkish TV series show a more positive opinion towards Turkish people and Turkey's touristic values compared to those who do not. This situation reveals that our TV series make positive contributions to the opinions about our country in the Kingdom of Morocco.
