Summary/Abstract: The aim of the study is to develop and evaluate Human Performance Technology (HPT) solutions to improve teachers' use of interactive whiteboards. In line with this purpose, the factors (information, opportunities and motivation etc.) that prevent the use of interactive whiteboards were determined and interventions that would ensure their elimination were designed and implemented. Developmental Research method was used in the study. In the research group, there are five different branch teachers working in a public school. Within the scope of the study, the data were obtained using observation and semi-structured interview forms. The obtained data were analyzed by using content analysis and descriptive analysis tools. Before and after the application, observations and interviews were carried out to determine the level of interactive whiteboard use by teachers. After the interventions, teachers' perceptions of the use of interactive whiteboards in lessons improved. While there was a significant increase in the duration of teachers' use of the interactive whiteboard after the intervention, one of the most important results was that the quality of using the interactive whiteboard, that is, the place and purpose of the use of the board in the lesson. While teachers started to use the presentation and demonstration features of interactive whiteboards more, their use of boards focused on the presentation parts of the lessons.
