Summary/Abstract: Mobbing is derived from the Latin word "Mobile Vulgus", meaning undecided, crowded, violent. In a general definition, mobbing is a psychological attack on people in ways such as psychological violence, repression, siege, harassment, humiliation and threats. It is a common activity in work areas recently and has a psychological impact on employees. It is observed that the psychological effects of the action are systematically repeated and have devastating effects on individuals and institutions. Mobbing is an event that causes serious problems in private and public institutions. It has existed for a long time, but has been working hard on it lately and remains up-to-date. In this study, an assessment will be made on the effects and consequences of the mobbigin.
