Summary/Abstract: Ukraine’s honey business is one of the largest in theworld. Sadly, as a result of the war, dozens of apiaries andbeehives are being destroyed every week. In some cases,beekeepers are able to get some financial support fromthe government, but it is not enough. Yet, the beekeepersremain optimistic. They share everything they have:their honey, knowledge and optimistic spirit.
