Summary/Abstract: The concept of "globalization", which emerged rapidly with the end of the Cold War, brought with it various interpretations, depending on the actors who tried to define it independently. In this article we intend to highlight the points of contrast between the common perception in the West of the concept of globalization and that prevailing among Chinese institutions.
