Summary/Abstract: The article contains an econometric analyse of quantitative variables related to the real estate market in Poland. The author considers dependencies on the housing market using the popular Granger causality test. The result of the conducted analyse is also the long-term estimation of dependency between prices of the real estate market and the economic situation as well as the creditworthiness of buyers. The results of the research were enriched with conclusions considering changes taking place on the Polish real estate market.
