Summary/Abstract: The school system can be analysed from several angles: the context, the object and the subject. Innovations in recent years have focused on the subject in particular. The latter is sometimes emphasised in terms of the external behavior of learners. However, their ways of functioning are neglected during understanding and the statistics on failure are not encouraging. Therefore, knowledge of the brain is the reference that will accompany students and teachers throughout their course. In this article, we will try to exploit the knowledge available on the contributions of cognitive psychology and neuroscience to determine the disparities in the appropriation of skills in a class and we suppose that they could be identified, taken into consideration and why not regulated through the implementation of understanding profiles.
