Summary/Abstract: The report shows the linguistic peculiarities of an early manuscript written by the Bulgarian Revival teacher and writer Stoyan Robovsky. It is a draft contract between Stoyan Robovsky and the chorbadzhii (rich members of the rural elite) in the village of Bebrovo. The manuscript is kept by Veliko Tarnovo State Archives. The report examines the graphic and spelling features of the text.
