Summary/Abstract: In the evolution of human civilization and law, the institution of the legal person has found a well-deserved place, having today, unlike its past history, a precise outline and legal complexity. The legal person is a complex legal organism that has evolved along the science of law because it has registered the changes necessary for its survival, being obviously a useful fiction in the legal relations between individuals and, in the same time, a form of expression of the rights recognized to them.
